Founded by the late Chef Hillary 'Hilbo' Craig, Alligator Soul is known for good grub and great people with the goal of giving folks a taste of true Southern hospitality. Owned by Rob and Sharyl Siegel, with a kitchen run by N'awlins-trained Chef Ryan Sturm, Alligator Soul continues the tradition of serving great Cajun and Creole food in the Northwest.
